Mental Performance Coaching
Designed for athletes and high performers, mental performance coaching from a behavioral lens focuses on assessing, shaping, and strengthening mindset, emotional regulation, and goal-aligned behavior.
Grounded in behavioral science, we teach clients to identify and replace patterns that act as barriers to optimal performance, such as avoidance, anxiety, self-doubt, and fear of failure with behaviors that build consistency, confidence, and high-performance habits both in and out of competition.
My Behavior Network
A collaborative online community designed for families, clinicians, and service providers navigating Autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions.
Through group parent coaching, clinician mentorship, CEU trainings, and interactive discussions, we bridge the gap between families and professionals promoting compassionate, evidence-based, and integrative support.
